The credit bureaus and your creditors are bound by the Fair Credit Reporting Act as well as the Fair Credit Billing Act and the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act.

Once you've signed up...

1. Your credit reports will be automatically ordered from all three bureaus. After you receive them (four to six weeks) forward them to Doctor Credit Repair.

2. Once received by us, we will contact you to review your reports and discuss the items to be disputed.

3. We will then begin initiating investigations on your behalf directly with the bureas and/or your creditors.

4. Bureau responses will arrive to you by mail (four to six weeks) and will include revised versions of your reports indicating the outcome of their investigations.

5. Promptly forward these responses to Doctor Credit Repair so that we can verify which items have been deleted and which require further investigation.
