Download the Client Application from the link in your Conformation Email.

Mail in your completed Client Application and the required forms from the Document Checklist.

If not, you should, as we encourage our patients to check in by phone, prior to enrolling online. Remember, as your credit health care provider, we want to get to know all about you and your credit concerns. We will take notes, visit and get acquainted, and then keep an out for your application.

After successfully Enrolling Online

what should I be expecting next?

We will order your intitial Credit Reports from the three Credit Bureaus and mail you a Service Contract along with an explanation of payment methods. Once you receive your initial Credit Reports, forward them to us along with your completed Service Contract and your $549.95 one-time payment. Promptly forward any and all Bureau correspondence (originals) to us by mail, fax or in person. Arrival should occur every four to six weeks.
